Vendicari beach house is immersed in the astonishing Natural Reserve of Vendicari, in a private agricultural an estate by the sea, a few kilometres away from Noto, the baroque and fascinating city. Sandy beaches and transparent waters are just a short walk away, through an amazing, uncontaminated & unspoiled nature.
The entire property is surrounded by olive, lemon and orange groves. The villa has a fantastic garden with pergolas and a pool an enchanting terrace with incredible sea views on the whole bay and the tonnara (tuna factory) old ruin.

OUTSIDE
Garden grove house is located inside a private agricultural property in the heart of Sicily. The large garden blends into almonds groves and olive grow. There is one large pergolas and a long and narrow swimming pool with sunbath beds. There is also a beautiful terrace ideal for the sunset and relax.
INSIDE
The villa has two floors. On the ground level, there is a large living room with Turkish beds and fireplace, a luminous kitchen, two double bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room another with en-suite bathroom) and another twin beds bedroom with its en-suite bathroom. On the second floor, there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and an amazing roof terrace where you can admire the wonderful Vendicari oasis life and get happy hours drinks.
